I can’t believe it’s already March! Time slipped away from me since the last time I posted, but I figured it was time for an update. I did end up completing my year of mini resolutions, wrapping up December with another ‘spring cleaning’ goal.
For November, my goal was to write more, which I think I stuck to pretty well. I ended up participating in National Novel Writing Month, which helped me keep track of how many words I wrote each day. And while I didn’t make it to the goal of 50,000 words, I made it to about 35,000, and I know it was more than I would have otherwise written.
Since NaNoWriMo concentrates on novels, I didn’t count how many words I wrote when journaling, which I ended up picking up again. And I didn’t count the words I wrote for blogging. But I am still proud of the progress I made in November.

For December, I chose to re-do another goal of mine from April, which was focusing on minimalism and getting rid of things I didn’t need or use anymore. But this time I didn’t count the number of things I got rid of. I moved out at the beginning of 2021, so I figured this would be a good motivator so I wouldn’t need to pack as much.
I did get rid of a lot of things, but still feel like I own so much stuff. *sigh* Guess it’s a project to save for a future date.
Stay safe and stay happy, and thanks again for reading.
